What is the 13:8 Movement?
Ā
The 13:8 Movement is a powerful initiative, born out of Laura's personal encounter with Jesus, where He washed her feet, as depicted in John 13:8. This verse, where Jesus states, "Unless I wash you, you have no part with me," serves as the cornerstone of the movement.
The core message of this movement is the belief in redemption, irrespective of one's past. Laura's journey, which included eight years deeply immersed in witchcraft, self-worship, and idolatry of other gods, is a testament to this. Despite her struggles with depression and emptiness, she held onto a glimmer of hope that she had a significant message to share, a message that could potentially save the lives of others. This message wasĀ the gospel.
Laura's story serves as a beacon of hope, emphasising that it's never too late to find salvation. The 13:8 Movement reaches out to those who feel they are beyond redemption, offering them hope and pulling them out of despair. This mission is carried out through complimentary classes to spread the gospel and global travels to share the word.
